Top experience all round — we had a few teething issues with my implant — literally and metaphorically — but Dr Martin took these in his stride and was extremely accommodating and did not charge extra. Visiting a truly professional dental team is a real stroke of luck — especially when you're living abroad, like me. What scared me more than the pain itself was the thought that I wouldn’t be understood. That fear can feel paralysing. I even started thinking: “Maybe it’ll just go away on its own.” But pain doesn’t just go away… I had inflammation in my gums, and when the first symptoms appeared, my mind filled with all sorts of thoughts — from the classic “It’ll stop hurting tomorrow” to “What if it’s something serious?” By the next morning, I decided not to wait any longer and booked an appointment at this clinic with Dr. Dominic and Samantha. From the very first minute, my anxiety began to melt away — along with all the tension in my body and mind. What mattered most to me was not only receiving a thorough and qualified examination, but also that I felt understood — and that I understood them. English is not my native language, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to explain everything properly. But that fear faded so naturally, thanks to their kindness and empathy. I felt calm emotionally, and even physically better. The procedure itself — performed by Dr. Hannah and Rebecca — turned out to be one of the smoothest and most comforting dental experiences I’ve ever had. It was gentle, almost unnoticeable, and my gums were saved with such care and attention. I’m deeply, sincerely grateful to the entire team — not just as professionals, but as warm, kind-hearted people. I felt truly looked after. And to those who, like me, are foreigners and afraid to seek help — I want to say: please don’t wait. Come to this dental clinic.
